Breathe in... slowly.
There is no future. There is only now. Because I may have started writing this about five minutes ago but when I post it it won't be the future it'll be now anyways. I'm always in the now. You can be in the past, you can come out of the moment but that doesn't mean you're in the future it just means you're lurking, meandering in what's come before. There is only now. Never then, only... this moment.
